Does Episodes Of Vomiting, Feeling Faint And Chest Pain Require Medical Care?

Hi!

My fiance' who is 42 is experiencing episodes of vomiting, feeling faint sometimes accompanied with chest pain. His hands will feel clammy when this happens. He had a physical a month ago that determined he was still having anxiety over the death of his parents. He is not having extreme anxiety anymore. He will not go to the doctor when this happens. His brother who is 44 has already had two heart attacks. I'm worried. How can I get him to go to the doctor?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for your fiancée and the symptoms that he has could be due to phobia and he is in need of some moral support, it is advisable to support him and make him sure that nothing is going to happen that would harm you, take him under the confidence, and better to clear the doubt get done test for cardiac disease, take care and have a nice day.
