Hello,

I will suggest you to continue treatment advised to you for transverse myelitis.

As per your description, there was an active lesion in the cervical spine, so there are definitive chances of getting sensory and motor symptoms (arms weakness with electric shock-like feeling).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Muhammad Faisal Bacha, Internal Medicine Specialist
