Endometriosis interfere with conception at many levels and is the leading cause infertility.
In my opinion you should opt for a diagnostic laparoscopy so that stage of endometriosis can be seen and treatment done if possible.
Chances of pregnancy varies with stage of disease and thus can be very high in early stage and very low to nil in advanced stages.
