Does Bulky Uterus With Fundal Diameter 64mm, Enalarged Ovary With Follicles And 12mm Endometrial Thickness Mean PCOS?

I have had a ultra sound scan an it showed my utrus is anteverted an bulky with an ap fundal diameter of 64 mm . The endometrium has maximum thickness of 12mm but tinner at fundus . Thr right ovary is enlarge with a volume of 22cm 3 an contains follicles should I be worried and dose this mean I gave pcos
