Emergency Medicine Specialist 's  Response
There is no window period or time period to wait for angioplasty. Better at the earliest. Because TIME IS MUSCLE. Part of muscle of heart which is lacking blood supply will go for necrosis and might form a potential source of arrhythmias which is life threatening. Or may end up in cardiac failure.
Manipal hospitals or Sakra would be best.
