Does A Condition Exist Where Rear Vein Does Not Connect To Other Veins?
Went to the eye doctor today for a eye exam and he told me I have a rear vein that don t connect to the rest of them he said that only about 12% of the world has that and both of my eyes have this. Is this true is there such a thing like this and if so is it called something?
A rare blood vessel in the eye seen in 12% of individuals must be a cilio-retinal artery. It appears in the contre of the optic disc and appears to end at the centre of the macula. Yes, it is not common but is not abnormal. So nothing to worry about.
