Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Being Pediatric Surgeon i encounter several cases of head injury every week.
I'm quite sure the cause of fever is unrelated to head injury.
There is no cause for concern if the child is accepting feeds well and the vomiting has settled down.
Take care
Best Regards
