Does STD Testing Need To Be Done After Risk Of Exposure?

whenever i have sex i always wear a condom, i recently had a urine test for chlmydia the result was negative!.. however I have had oral sex from a female, i wasn't wearing a condom.. i do not have any symptoms or problems in my genital area, also whenever i blood donate they check my blood for HIV, Syphillis and hepatitis the results are always negative..is there any need for a sti test? thanks

Thank you for query.it is not clear when was the last contact with partner or when was last test done.it is very rare to get HIV from the oral sex described by you.So if the tests have been done after the risk exposure i do not see any need for HIV testing to be done.As it will be informed to you if any disease is detected during blood transfusion.Other STDs if they manifest then there is need for testing.You can get back directly to me for any clarifications with the photos.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist.
