Hi
Oxyelite pro has been removed from the US market as it has no evidence of prior usage in HUmans and also due to the 50 reported cases of liver abnormalities.

So my advice is not to use it and please consult your HIV doctor and take a CD4 T cell count and basing on that go for a ART( ante retroviral therapy) which will definitely improve your TCells.

Hope I have answered your question
