Does GERD Cause Pain In Shoulder, neck And Ear After Drinking Wine?

I have previously been diagnosed with GERD. I take Nexium daily. I have pain in my upper right quadrant of my stomach that sometimes radiates to my back. Lately (6 months or so) when I drink even one glass of wine, I get right shoulder, neck and ear pain that can last a couple of days. I've done some searching and there is a lot of talk about Lymphoma. I am concerned. Could this added pain be my GERD?
