Does Dydrogesterone And Duphaston Help In Fetus Growth?

Hello doctor I have a question which is make me tense .I have to ask you that I am 6 week pregnant .I have contact to Mrs rangeela sinha and she told me to ultrasound to see position of baby . Accorfing to ultrasound report on 21 June she told me my baby is not grow as like as be should .may be my baby little than 6 week .now she preferred me dydrogesterone tablets BP duphaston 10 mg is it right for me. Plz give me answer

Hi, Duphaton is progesterone tablets that will help to maintain your pregnancy. If there is a spotting due to progesterone deficiency that will help.. It doesnot have a direct effect on fetal growth.. U can take those tablets as prescribed and repeat a scan to see for fetal growth.
