Do The Nasal Stitches Disappear Completely?

hi i had open rhinoplasty revision and the doctor had to do a lot of work what concerns me is the stitch that was put on top of my nose right of the nasal tip area and it has indented he said he did this on purpose to prevent fluid pockets and it will go away slowly?

dear it is depends on your suturing material.if it is done with catgut no need remove it will obsorb itself if it sutured with nylon or prolene then it has to be removed after 1week. but stiched scar not develop much on the face or nose.
