Hello I am getting these white puss pimples on my nipple area and around that area when I squeezed a hard white puss comes and and it just gets stuck their so I take off with a tissue. I ve had these for a few months now however recently My breasts also feel swollen and heavy over the past 2 weeks than usual and hurt a lot especially without a bra. My period is due in one 8 days I did a pregnancy blood test 8 days prior to my period and is negative so doctor has now referred me to do a mammogram as she also felt a lump on the left breast but she said doesn t feel dangerous but due to family history of mother passing away from breast cancer I was referred to do this. I am 31 years of age. Please help what can this be? Thanks
