Do I Need To Take A Pregnancy Test After A Missed Period?

I have been off my depo shot for about 1 month now. I was on it for about 6 months, but missed the last date I was suppose to get it. I have been having a few signs of pregnancy, but i'm not sure, and today I was sitting in class and I felt a sharp pain on the right side of my belly button. There was like a heartbeat a few seconds behind it. Do you think I need to get a pregnancy test?

Hi,welcome to healthcare magic.as your history seems that you should get a urine pregnancy test done because you had missed your period .so better get it confirm and consult a gynecologist further.good luck.
