Do I Need To Go For D And C?
i had a m/c on 13th jan, and my bleeding stopped on 29th jan..... now my first ultra sound report on 19th jan says "echogenic are OF SIZE ( 1.2* 1.3 ) cm seen in lower LOWER ENDOMETRIAL CAVITY" and second report on 29th jan says that some endometrial echo with max thickness of 8.1mm s/o miniimal intrauterine retained products of conception
so do i need to go for D&C or some medicine wil clear it off.or it wil clear off naturally and i shall not do anything....pls help me
