Do Bee Stings Need ER Attention?

My husband got bee stung repeatedly while cutting grass a couple of hours ago. He got red all over with welps and very itchy. He is now freezing to death and in alot of pain. He also got stung on his penis and it has swollen 3 times normal size. Is this normal or should he got to er? He has had Benadryl

Yes, repeated bee stings definitely requires ER treatment esp since he is also having symptoms of allergy. At times there can be very strong anaphylaxis which can prove fatal. So he must visit ER.
