Do All The Common Symptoms Point To An Impending Pregnancy?
So my last period was May 21st and lasted maybe two three days. My lower back has been killing me ! I've been peeing like crazy I keep getting pains down there but inside around my ovary area .... Recently the pains have turned to menstrual cramps like I am about to start my period any second. I started having nausea in the morning or at random times during the day. My vision is completely out of wack, it is really blury. Even with my glasses on I squint. My mood is one moment great the next I am nuts lol. I cry for the dumbest things. Certain foods make my stomach turn or I can be eating and all of a sudden I am gagging with the smell. I have been feeling like I am going to get the "runs". I have been having a discharge that is a white color for a couple weeks now. The worst of all my boobs are SO sore. They have gone up a size (I think?) They are totally busting out of my bra. My boyfriend is the one that noticed the increased size. My boobs have been sore for a month already. My nipples are constanly hard and EXTREMELY sensitive ! I have taken two pregnancy tests, one last night and one first thing this morning- both negative. I am due to start Tuesday but lets see. I honestly think I am pregnant but I wont find out (by a doctor) for sure till June 28th Everyone, co-workers, my mother, friends, family members and my boyfriend think I am pregnant. Sounds about right...right ? BUT .... My boyfriend has had a vasectomy since 2004. If I am pregnant it is his. He is even having thoughts about his vasectomy failing . The signs are too common for a pregnant woman ?

After reading your question, I am of the opinion that:
1) Your symptoms like breast tenderness, white discharge, backache, frequent urination etc can be indicative of a pregnancy, but are not definitive.
2) The most important sign of pregnancy is missing periods and a positive pregnancy test.
3) Second thing is that your boyfriend has had a vasectomy and failure rate of vasectomy is very low.
4) So, in my opinion, you can just wait for your periods to be missed. Once you miss your periods, you can get a pregnancy test again.
5) There is a blood test called serum beta HCG which can detect pregnancy earlier.
6) Do not worry. Just sit back and relax and let nature take its course. You will find out soon enough.
