General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I have gone through your medication list and none of the mentioned medicines are not known to cause memory loss. However, if you are not receiving adequate dose of Levothyroxine drug, the resulting hypothyroidism can cause memory loss.

Also, other neurological problems like dementia need to be looked into. So, please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal
