Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your report suggests 40% active motile sperms. It is below the recommended at least 50 % motility.Count of sperm is also low.It can improve with diet and life style modification.

You should increase your physical activity in the form of exercise and walking. You should avoid alcohol, caffeine and smoking if you take this.

In diet you can take banana, pomegranate, raw garlic, walnut etc.
You should take vitamin C rich food, red meat & dairy products etc.

Avoid tight fitting undergarments and pants or shorts.Make sure your testes aren't overheated,so stay out of hot tubs and don't keep overheated laptops your lap for prolonged periods.
You should also avoid stress causing factors.

Your semen analysis report also suggests infection. This is indicated by presence of pus cells, epithelial cells,RBC in semen.Normally, there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Rest of the findings are normal.
You should consult your doctor.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
