Hi,I broke my leg 3 years ago I have a steel pin from my knee to my ankle,I am extremely fit and my leg does not bother me,the other day at work a lump of metal hit my knee very hard,that was 3 days ago,it made me feel weak and dizzy,my leg is still bruised,sometimes when I get up quickly,or look up,I get a little dizzy,because I never get ill this is worrying me,could the bang on the leg cause the dizziness ,thank you Paul

postural hypotension .... i think there should be blood loss history ....may nerve be compressed by muscle or trauma ...
