I have been sick for 12 days now, the worst symptom is the dizziness but there is confusion, I cannot concentrate, barely balance or be able to stand up or walk, headache, nausea (but no vomiting ), weakness... blood work and urine are completely fine and normal, blood pressure is low to normal but my heart is racing, pulse is up even at rest... what is wrong with me?? Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

You are right. It is going away.
In your description, you did not mention what was that illness you were suffering.

If you are recovering from some serious conditions and had some medicines like antibiotics etc, and if your disease was draining, then you are bound to have such symptoms. But you are recovering.

Secondly, You had a traumatic experience and were stressed a lot during the illness. Such stress can cause continued stress and anxiety for some time. That may be the cause of your heart beat rising.

But, as the pathological tests were normal, don't worry. Have good nutritious food and take rest. You should be alright.

Good luck.
