Disorientation,body aches,weight loss,fatigue.

Hi, I was feeling disoriented earlier today. I walked into our Neighborhood Target and could not figure out where I was. I have been making mistakes while driving ending up in the wrong place. I have not been feeling well last couple of days with body aches and weight loss . Also have been sort of tired and yawning a lot. Thank you. Confused

Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

Do you have fever, headache ?

Have you been sleeping well lately ?

It appears that you are suffering from lack of energy and proper orientation which can be due to number of factors. You need to avoid junk food, smoking and alcohol. Get 6-8 hours of refreshing sleep daily. Eat a healthy diet with plenty of proteins and fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Do Yoga for stress relief.

Sleep deprivation can cause a similar picture. Kindly avoid driving and remain safe. The body aches and weight loss can come as symptoms of sleep deprivation and also viral fever or flu.

Kindly take Acetaminophen or Paracetamol for relief of these pains, under medical supervision.
Follow above precautions as mentioned. If no relief in 2-3 days it is best you consult your Doctor to get tested and the cause found for your issue.

Wishing speedy recovery.
