Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be abdominal wall muscle twitching or vigorous bowel movement seen irritable bowel syndrome. May be seen in hypokalemia or anxiety or caffeine and alcohol intake etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Drink tender coconut water and avoid caffeinated drinks.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Penchila Prasad Kandikattu , Internal Medicine Specialist
