Discoloration Near Groin Area. Treatment To Get Rid Of This?
hello sir.. i'm 26 yr old female.. I have dark brown to black discoloration near my groin region. i'm overweight also.. but i'm sure that's its not acanthosis nigricans as the skin is soft. this has been present since I was 12 yrs old. kindly suggest some medicated treatments for the same. I want to get rid of it at the earliest

Looks like you have developed pseudoacanthosis nigricans.
This occurs when obesity is the reason for the discoloration.
Primarily, you need to lose weight.
It will help more than day medications.
Topical therapy with lightening agents will be useful only once weight is under control.

need antifungal fluconazole 150 mg nce a wekk for 4-6 wk
apply antifungal ointments and powders for long
