Did An Ultra Scan Of Ovary. What Are The Findings?

I did an ultrascan and the following was detected the uterus measurind 9.8cmby4.5cmby6.1cm without signs of endometrical decimal reaction there are signe of anterior uterine wall intra mural micro fribriod without adnexal collection there are signs of small size thick wall right ovary cyst with residual debrics without sign of tonsion what should I do pls

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your report suggests that
1. Uterus is normal in size.There is small fibroid(benign tumour)in anterior wall of uterus.
2. Adnexa is also normal.
3.There is cyst in right ovary with thick wall and debris within without signs of torsion.You didn't mentioned cyst size.You can have follow up ultrasound to see status of ovarian cyst.
You should contact gynecologist and take their opinion.
I think fibroid uterus can be treated conservatively as it is very small in size.
