Diagnosed With Kidney Stone, vaginal Atrophy,UTI & Yeast Infection

I have been treated by a urologist and gyno for the following kidney stone, vaginal atrophy, uti, and yeast infection. Nothing had helped with the constant muscle and burning pain I feel in my vaginal wall and no rectum area. Hurts worse when I go pee or BM. I am on an estrogen patch and use premarin cream. I have had all kinds of antibiotics for UTI s but it never grows bacteria on culture. I am now being referred to pelvic therapy. Do you think this will help. I am 39 and have had two kids. I had a hyster 6 years ago. I have my right ovary. Hyster was due to endometriosis. 3 advil every 5 hours is really all that helps.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Please be advised to continue with the pelvic therapy as prescribed. It can help regain the pelvic muscle tone, elasticity and help reduce pain. You can continue taking Advil for pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
