Diagnosed With H-pylori Bacteria, Took Aq Triple Treatment Medication, No Proper Relief. Should I See Gastroenterologist?

hi doctor my wife was diagnosed with h-pylori bacteria last week by our regular doctor and he gave her aq triple treatment medication for 7 days which ended yesterday sunday but she is feeling only a little bit better after treatment do you think i need to see a gastroenterologist. thank you

Hi...yes you should get a endoscopy done for a definitive diagnosis by consulting a gastroentrologist...till then avoid spicy food, soda drinks, tea and coffee...and continue pantaptazole.
