Diagnosed with gestational diabetes, on diabetic diet, have no weight gain since. Worrisome?

hi i am 29 weeks pregnant...i was diagnosed wth gestational diabetes 4 weeks back ie around 25 weeks..i was put on a diabetic diet since then which i have been religiously following.. the problem is i havent gained any weight in the past 4 weeks,although i have gained 8 kilos in total from my pre pregnancy i need to do anything about it or is it ok..

It is normal to gain a lesser weight while taking a diabetic diet during pregnancy. It is the growth of the baby which is more important and can be confirmed on an ultrasound scan.
