Diagnosed with PCOS. Can I start metformin and Ginette simultaneously?
Hi,I am 27 yrs, married. Was diagnosed PCOS 2 yrs back with symptoms of irregular Menses with mild hirsuitism. Not taken any medications yet. LH/ FSH =3.6, insulin and RBS normal. BMI=26. Is metformin effective even in pts without evidence of insulin resistence? Can I start on metformin and ginette simultaneously? Does ginette leads to further weight gain?
