Diagnosed With Lymphangitis. Taking Amoxicill. Body Tired, Unable To Sleep. Pupils Large, Tears Salty. Streptococcus? Urgent Care Required?

I was diagnosed in the ER with Lymphangitis. I Suspect it's Group A Streptococcus. I have been taking (thus far, 4 doses) 500 mg capsules of Amoxicilline. I am tired in the body, cannot sleep. My pupils are large (no drugs) and my eyes seem to be crying without tears - salty but no liquid, etc. Should I manage my symptoms until my practioner's office opens or should I check into the ER or Urgent Care? I am unclear about how long I can live in these risks as I've been here so long already. Thank you for your help. :)

There is no cause of concern if there is no Fever and the redness is subsiding . It takes 24 to 48 for clinical improvement to occur after taking medicine.

Be relaxed.
Take care
