Diagnosed With Bronchiolitis Obliterans Organizing Pneumonia, Werners Disease And Goodpasture's Disease. Why Is RBC Count Low?

hello, My aunt has been in the hospital for a year. First she was diagnosed with Boop, was on a ventilater. Then diagnosed with Good Pastures Disease now diagnosed with werners disease. Her Lungs are weak and her kidneys are failing and she constantly has very low H and H counts and RBC counts. Have any clue what this could be.

Thanks for your query.
Many a times good pasteurs lead to a syndrome of diffuse alveolar hemorrhage which need not present with bloody sputum. Do get a CT scan of chest and if needed bronchoscopy to diagnose the same.
