Diagnosed Hypo Thyroid. Having Pain In Neck, Chest And Tummy After Having Medication

Hi I m 21 years old last year november they detected I have a hypo thyroid condition , I have been bleeding every single day its a year later my condition has changed I m taking medication but now my neck swelled up and I get chest pains and tummy pains bad my tummy is bloated. What do I do

Dear user, Hypothyroidism, if well controlled, should not cause any problem. for chest pain and tummy pain it seems you need antacids, proton pump inhibitors (omeperazole). for neck swelling , is it thyroid enlargement? if yes then your thyroxine dose needs adjustment. for continuous bleeding, if thyroid is balanced, you must see a gynecologist.
