Diagnosed Herniated Disc Between L5 S1 Duet O Hurting Lower Back While Using Hammer Drill. Suggested Healing With Time. Guide
I hurt my lower back while using a hammer drill and impact wrench. I have been told it is a herniated disc between my L5 S1. one doctor said it could work it way back into place. it has been 9 month and still have the pain. When I called to follow up he said in the Lords hands and will take time. I am for waiting just need to know if it is time wasted?

You can take analgesics and muscle relaxants. other than that you should do physitherapy and use a belt regularly for disc bulge.This might work for you.
