Diabetic. Have Different Readings. Can Any Online Doctor Help?

I am 62 years and a diabetic patient.My Fasting and P.P. levels are 107 / 109. I am taking Gluforming G-1 once a day for last 7 months. I have recently check the SGPT parameter and result found 71.0 IU/L and HbA1c is 6.9%. Sir, I am very worry, what will I do now?

Hello,

Your SGPT level is slightly raised. But nothing to worry. If you do an ultrasound of the abdomen there may be fatty liver(excess fat deposited over the liver. If you may no symptoms than there is no need of any medical treatment.
In this condition I would advice my patient to follow up the liver function test at frequent intervals.
