Hello dear sugar levels ups down in diabetic people is q big problem,,,,you need life style modification along woth drugs,,,,first as a rule avoid carbohydrates means sugar things like sweets bakery products yes you can take a single fruit just one piece a day,,,avoid all those vegetables that are underground like potato ,turnip etc,,,preferably use poultry milk and fish,,,do regular exercise ,,,do not fill your apetite at once take food in bits,,,now medicnes in my openion its time to shift to
insulin it not only controls sugar levels but also prevent damage of sugar on kidneys ,,heart etc.,,,it keeps constant sugar levels so its best remedy ,,,consult your doctor regrding usecof insulin,,,,stay blessed
