Delayed Periods And Have Cramps. Am I Protected As I Have Left Nuvaring Recently?
Hi , I left my nuvaring in for 6 weeks and took it out last Tuesday and still don t have a period but do have cramps. I ve also been having unprotected sex the last 6 week. What precaution should I take? So I insert a new ring on Tuesday? Am I not protected by nuvaring after 4 weeks?

You are not protected and it is best to use other forms of conception till you get your nexr nuvaring placed (eg. Condoms, etc.)
