Delay In Periods, Had Taken Ipill Post Sex. Cause And Remedy?

Me n ma gf had sex just b4 her dates for period i.e on 30th April n her dates were on 2nd may.... Bt while hvin protected sex the condom got torn inside bt v came to know immediately... N v stopped... She took Ipill with 3 hrs... It has been 6days bt her periods dint came yet... She is taking as much as possible heat to pre-pond her periods... Bt still it dint came yet... We both r really worried... Plz help....

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You had unprotected sex just 3 days prior to expected period,this period is safe period because ovulation takes place 14 days prior to date. Hence chances of pregnancy are almost nil but nothing is 100%
Now because she has taken emergency contraceptive pill within 3 hours this can cause delay in period. take a urine pregnancy test if it is negative then Wait for 1 week and period should come.
If you do not get period then repeat the urine and/or Beta HCG blood test to find out if pregnancy is there.
Other causes of delayed period may be hormone imbalance,severe anxiety,any severe anemia.
Please get in touch with Good Gynecologist to examine her and tests if required to treat accordingly.
Please practice safe sex as it prevents both sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancies,
