Dark bleeding, back pain, abdominal pain, breast tenderness, leg pain. Ectopic pregnancy?
Hi doctor, i`m really scared after i read some symptoms of ectopic pregnancy , i have pregnancy symptoms for about 10 weeks now , last week i had serious bleeding in drak colour and watery and back pain and a little of abdominal pain .the bleeding stooped about 5 days but still feel the pain in my left side of my back and sometimes in my leg and my heals as well as breats tenderness .i would be happy to reply me as soon as possible .Thank you so much

The pain in leg and breasts is of no consequence as far as ectopic is concerned. If you are pregnant with bleeding and abdominal pain, no matter how little, please see your doctor. Ectopic pregnancy can only be ruled out by a doctor who will examine you and do some tests including a ultrasound scan.

Since you have the symptoms of pregnancy fort last weeks, you need to confirm about the pregnancy by getting an ultrasound scan done for the fetal well being. This will decrease your apprehensions.

Your symptoms are vague and they are seen in both normal and ectopic pregnancy.
You say that you have pregnancy symptoms. Have you done a urine pregnancy test at home? You also say that you had serious bleeding. If that is the case, then I doubt you are pregnant.
Your query seems to be ambiguous too. However, you seem to be scared about Ectopic pregnancy.
My suggestion to you:
- Get an ultrasound scan of the pelvis to rule out pregnancy and also to check for ectopic pregnancy.
- You may also first do a home urine pregnancy test as well.
