Cut Inside Buttocks, Itching. Suggest Something For Permanent Cure

I have a cut on the inside of my butt cheek that doesn’t cure no matter what I use. I ‘ve used bactrim , cortisone 10, jock itch cream, vaginal Fungus cream. At times it might get almost healed but then it comes back. Sometimes it is extremely itchy I’ve had it since January on and off. Don t know what else to try. Can you suggest something that will cure it forever. Thank you.

Thanks for the query,

You might have developed fungal infection.

A response to antifungals suggests fungal etiology.

Please get a KOH mount done,

This can confirm the fungal etiology.

Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.

Its important to remember that anti fungals must be continued atleast for a month to get good results.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
