Hi welcome to HCMForum. It appears that you are dragging the disease. I advise you to consult an urologist immediately. It appears to be renal colic due to infection or kidney stones.
the last things of hand pain and other things are due to systemic changes and compensatory changes of the spine to bend to the other side of the pain and it is a temperory change.
Besides i advise you to some diet recomendations as avoid taking tomato cabbage. take plenty of water and fluids. dont worry if you take prompt treatment you will be free of pain
in no time.
