Hi! greetings from healthcare magic
The pain what you are teling on thigh portion it may be any sort of muscular origin or sciatica nerve irritation. Pain on the kidney region may be due to mild spondylosis cause. So it is not related at all to protein diet. just take rest and take any mild pain reducing tab and watch the condition. If it is not getting any releief then go for USG of abdomen and Ct scan of spine . thank you
