Cracking Sound Heard While Doing A Split. Pain In Buttock While Stretching And Sitting. When Will It Heal?
Three months ago I did a split and I heard a cracking sound in the right buttock. I got out of split fast. Ever since I have pain in the lower part of the buttock while stretching and sitting. I was hoping to heal by now, but the pain does not go away. What could be that lasts so long?
