Could You Please Explain My Thyroid Test Report? Are These Levels Normal?
im female,21.i have recently got my blood tests done for thyroid levels as a part of routine health check up for the first time.The results are as follows : TSH - 0.02 micro IU/ml T4 - 14.05 microgm/dl T3 - 1.57 ng/ml i would like to know if there is anything to be concerned about ?am i having normal levels of t3,t4,tsh?

Your thyroid function test report is abnormal your T4 value is high and TSH value is low.
This indicate Hyperthyroid state which needs to be correlated clinically, and proper anti thyroid treatment would be required.
If there is fast hear rate even Beta blocker like propranolol may be given for symptomatic control.
A Thyroid Ultra sonography and if there is any nodule then a FNAC ( Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology) may be required.
Please consult a Physician/Endocrinologist to start proper treatment.
In young patient once you become normal thyroid with drugs then a surgery is also possible with permanent cure.
