Could Tight Chest Pain And Dry Cough Be Related To Cold, Indigestion Or Acid Reflex?
I have really tight chest pain, and a little dry cough. Runny nose started tonight.... I can breath but it is really painful in my chest, burping relieves a little tension, but I cannot make myself do it... Not sure if the pain is cold related or just indigestion or acid reflex...

From your complaints it looks like that the pain is due to indigestion and will come down in some time. I would like you to take tab ranitidine or omeprazole or any antacid syrup like gelusil. it will help.
