Could The Retaining Power Of The Child Is Less Due To Head Injury?

when my daughter was 1 she ran into an iron table it knocked her out for a few minutes but when she came to she was fine now she is 6 and having a hard time retaining information they are teaching her at school could thins be related to the head injury or should I look at other things that could be goin on

Best way to find out is to get a scan CT/MRI of the head
Also check her iron status, hemoglobin and thyroid profile which also affect memory
