Hello and welcome to HCM,
A mole on the genital area could be a wart or if it is pigmented, it can be a pigmentary lesion.
A clinical assessment is required to know the character of the lesion.
You can upload the clinical pictures of the lesion for better assessment.
Treatment can be planned after diagnosing the condition.
If the lesion turns out to be a simple mole, surgical excision will be sufficient and if the lesion turns out to be a wart, conservative treatment will help.

Thanks and take care
