Could The Pounding, Fluttering In Chest Be Stress Related?

I have been taking Topral XL for about 2 years for anxiety. My stress test came back perfect last year. I have begun having some pounding in my chest and fluttering also. Could this possibly be coming from stress? I have an appointment with my Cardiologist this Thurs. PLEASE CANCEL MY QUES.
