dear patient
what is your age ? what is your profession?please always mention this when you are asking for treatment. your symptoms do suggest possibility of nerve compression . two possible diagnosis are 1.carpel tunnel syndrome 2. cervical disc prolapse.
this can be diagnosis by various clinical tests. imaging required are 1. NCV of median nerve of involved side and 2. mri of cervical spine. please consult neurophyysician nearby you. meanwhile start tab pregalin x 75 one at bedtime. thanks.
