Could Pregnancy Be The Reason For Delayed Periods With History Of Having Unprotected Sex Followed By Intake Of Plan B?

hi, i took plan b two months ago within 24 hours of having unprotected sex only three days after my period ended on october 17. 2weeks later my plan b period came for 3days. stopped and 2 then more days. my 2nd period was to come november 10 i believe this following one was for december 7th but this one is late. I took 3 hpt;s over ths time and they were negative. 3 weeks ago i took a blood test and it was negative . Am I pregnant?
