Could Pinching Sensation On Opening Of Urethra After Unprotected Sex Be An STD?

Hey, i recently recieved unprotected oral sex with A female not too long ago, we had protected intercourse but when we finished she ejaculated on the tip of my urethra. I did not have a condom on at this time..a few days later the inside of my urethra was slightly itchy and i had a pinching sensation on the opening of my urethra. Could this be an STD???

Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
Sexually transmitted infection (STIs) are transmitted by the sexual contact through vagina, anal and oral.
If your partner is having any of the STIs, definitely she may transmit the infection to you.
As you are exposed to the vaginal secretion of your girl friend, you are at the risk of acquiring STIs.
The symptom you are experiencing may be a symptom of STIs. But this should be confirmed by the physical examination and lab investigation.
Thank you.
